The Food Truck RoundUp experience in a city near you

I don't know about you, but our family is loving the sudden outburst of Food Trucks throughout the city! If you don't already know, Food Trucks are the it thing! now in days, which is something you would of have never heard of specially here in Utah County 5 years ago. But now they are here to stay and throughout the week you can find them through out the different cities in roundup events, which is something we look forward to totally attending with mi familia!

At the Startup building in Provo

Our Favorite stop would most defenitly have to be the Startup Building in Downtown Provo. Why you ask? because this is where it all got started, because it is so close to our home, because the turn out is amazing!! Not to mention the line up of Food Truck is something that will have a choice for everyone in your family even the pickiest eaters, but most importantly because I feel the city coming alive, I see strangers mingleling with one another, eating in the same standup tables and talking over and/or about food!

Savoring some delicious Pico Norte Tacos

I probably missed another very important point why we love coming back time and time again to this FoodTruck Round Up events, Its because the food is Riquisima! You will find an explosion of flavors from delicious Homemade Tamales, to Pico Norte Tacos, Korean BBQ, Corn on the cob, Kabobs, Ribs, Pizza, Healthy Smoothies, The Famous Art City Donuts, The delicious Waffle Love, the mouth watering Crepes from La Table Crepe and much much more!
